Sample Works

The gallery section of KadWorx.com contain the elements which includes our own creative and concept works as well as the works we did for our clients. We do not present any of our work at the gallery section without the prior permission of our valuable clients. In that case, according to our clients demand, we may change, hide or modify any valuable information or dimension from the sample works.

Portfolio

The portfolio section of KadWorx.com represents information about our previous, present and future works. In general, we wish to provide the name of our client, company name, contact address, title of the job, description, a sample image and the time duration we spent to complete the work. As, our valuable clients posses the right to control the information to be shown, we do not open these information as long it is not required by the law.

Data Transferring

We prefer electronic data transfer rather than shipping. Its fast, safe and secure. We do not take any responsibilities for missing or damaged documents while shipping.

Document Storing

We do not store any single data or copy or back up of the works we do unless it is recommended by our valuable clients. In that case we encrypt all the data and store them with profound security as long it is not required by our clients or the legal authority. But we always recommend that you do not force us to store your valuable data unless there is a possibility to work on, modify or edit your data in the very near future.

Payment Option

We do not accept any transaction through KadWorx.com until any further announcement. We expect our clients to use their PayPal accounts directly from http://www.paypal.com. We shall never ask you for your account information through email or any other way for the shake of payment.

E-mailing

KadWorx will not send you any e-mail that you have not agreed to receive. If you are a member of our Mailing List, you will be contacted with announcements, news, portfolio additions, and new services. You have the option of "Unsubscribing" from our Mailing List at any time, thereby disabling any further such e-mail communication from being sent to you. If you wish to have specific communications with a member of the KadWorx staff, you will be required to provide specific information that will be routed to the appropriate contact within KadWorx. We maintain a strict "No Spam" policy that means we do not intend to sell, rent, or otherwise give your e-mail address to a third-party, without your consent.
